Copyright Infringement Notice
A notice must identify the copyrighted work; identify and locate the allegedly infringing material; provide the sender’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; state in good faith that the disputed use is unauthorized; state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act; and include a physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to fafo100radio@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Notice” or mail them to the designated agent. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability.
Counter Notification
A counter-notification must identify the removed material and former location; provide the user’s name, address, and telephone number; state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and accept service from the claimant; and include a physical or electronic signature.
Response and Repeat Infringers
FAFO 100 Radio may remove or disable material, notify the affected user, preserve records, forward a valid counter-notification, restore content after the statutory waiting period when appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Severe or obvious infringement may justify immediate action.
Registration Still Required
FAFO100 Media LLC must register and maintain Jeremy Garnier as its designated agent with the United States Copyright Office. Publishing this page alone does not complete registration.
