Information We Collect

We may collect account and profile information, authentication identifiers, age confirmation, user posts and uploads, messages, comments, reactions, music, images, videos, links, contest entries, points, rankings, playback and feature activity, support communications, device information, IP address, approximate region, security logs, and diagnostics.

Public profile information, posts, uploaded tracks, artist materials, comments, reactions, and leaderboard activity may be visible to other people. Users should not publish sensitive personal information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, operate community and radio features, display content selected by users, deliver support, administer lawful promotions, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, improve performance, comply with law, and protect users and FAFO 100 Radio.

YouTube subscriptions, likes, comments, shares, and views are optional and are not used as contest eligibility requirements, FAFO points, winner-selection criteria, or a way to improve odds.

Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, content delivery, radio streaming, app distribution, security, email, and payments. Current infrastructure may include Firebase or Google services, Cloudflare, Radio.co, analytics providers, Apple, and Google Play.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. FAFO 100 Radio does not sell personal information for money.

Users Ages 14 Through 17

The service is not intended for children younger than 14. Users ages 14 through 17 may use the service only with parent or guardian permission where required and must not publish a home address, precise location, school schedule, private telephone number, or other information that creates a safety risk.

Retention Security and Choices

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Valid deletion requests are ordinarily completed within 30 days, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, rights-management, moderation, and backup exceptions.

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is guaranteed completely secure. Users may update profile information, request access or correction, withdraw optional permissions, and request deletion. Requests may require identity verification.
