Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to FAFO 100 Radio services operated by FAFO100 Media LLC. By creating an account, uploading content, or using the service, a user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable promotion rules.
Eligibility and Accounts
Users must be at least 14. Users under the age of legal majority must have parent or guardian permission where required. Account information must be accurate, credentials must be protected, and accounts may not be sold, automated, or used to impersonate another person.
Acceptable Use
Users may not violate law, threaten or exploit others, harass, expose private information, distribute malware, evade security, manipulate points or votes, create deceptive accounts, use bots, buy engagement, or interfere with the service. FAFO 100 Radio may restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate accounts or content for safety, integrity, compliance, or enforcement.
Music and User Content
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own. Uploaders grant FAFO 100 Radio a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display, perform, distribute, moderate, and promote submitted content solely to operate and improve selected service features.
Each uploader represents that they possess all required rights for the recording, composition, beat, samples, artwork, performances, names, likenesses, downloads, and distribution. Attribution is not permission. FAFO 100 Radio may remove or restrict content and apply repeat-infringer measures.
Points Promotions and Platforms
Points, badges, streaks, and ranks have no cash value and may be corrected or removed when obtained through error, duplication, automation, or manipulation. Every promotion is governed by separate Official Rules.
YouTube subscriptions, likes, comments, shares, and views are optional and may not determine eligibility, points, winner selection, judging, or odds. YouTube and other platforms do not sponsor a promotion unless its Official Rules expressly say otherwise.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Prices, renewal terms, included features, cancellation procedures, and material restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. Digital features purchased in a mobile app may be processed through Apple or Google and remain subject to their billing and refund systems. A paid subscription does not replace a free contest entry method where one is legally required.
Disclaimers Governing Law and Contact
The service is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. FAFO 100 Radio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, audience reach, points, rankings, promotion, income, airplay, downloads, or contest outcomes. Illinois law governs these Terms, subject to consumer rights that cannot be waived, with appropriate courts in Madison County, Illinois as the agreed forum.
